Chloe Clark PTA

PTA Volunteers

Chloe Clark Elementary has the best volunteer base in the district thanks to our dedicated parents and community members.  Every month countless volunteers spend hundreds of volunteer hours both in the school and at home, doing a variety of activities and projects that enhance the learning and social environment of Chloe Clark School.  Thank you all for your ideas and support!

The PTA sponsors two Volunteer recognition programs to highlight exceptional volunteers throughout each school year: the Volunteer of the Month (VOM) and Golden Acorn Programs.

Volunteer of the Month • 2011-2012

Each month the PTA Volunteer Chair solicits nominations from parents, teachers, and staff to recognize an outstanding volunteer.  This is always a difficult decision -- it's hard to choose just one!

February 2012 • Rachel Westhoff

January 2012 Veronica Stills
December 2011 • Ms. Hebert & Ms. Guyles
November 2011 • Janelle Mock & Laura Bryant
October 2011 • Tammy Parsons
September 2011 • Jeffery Ford

Golden Acorn Awards • 2011-2012

The Golden Acorn (Outstanding Volunteer), Outstanding Advocate, and Outstanding Teacher Awards are presented at the Spring General Membership Meeting to recognize those individuals whose contributions to the school throughout the entire year have been exceptional.  These are Washington State PTA sanctioned awards.
